Among the numerous summits of the Indian Kashmir there is one, which can be considered as the Asian Matterhorn, the Tupendeo. Untouched, unclimbed and somehow scary. When in 2015, Stephan Siegrist, Thomas Senf and Dres Abegglen set off to the 5700 m high Tupendeo, they had no idea, that this mountain had already a story, a fate. The locals warned them. Many years ago, there had happened something very bad. In the face, the three mountaineers find an old rope with a descender. Who had left this device here? What had happened? On the summit, they decide to find it out. They want to know what is behind the story of Tupendeo.
