“Am Rande der Zeit – Männerwelten im Kaukasus”
Alpine and foreign cultures (), Stefan Tolz (Deutschland/Germany) 90 min
A journey into the everyday life of distant, “harder” men’s worlds, which is a journey into another time in Caucasian history. When the Soviet Union dissolved, Stefan Tolz had lived one and a half years in the Caucasus. Ten years later, he returns and meets people in the remotest places. His “heroes” alternate between pride and despair, memories and prospects – and they search for what the future might bring.
